I am a third-year Northwestern student pursuing a Mechanical Engineering Major, Latino Studies
Minor, and the Segal Design Certificate. I am an outgoing, dedicated dreamer who loves to tinker
and design quality products that build community, speak for themselves, and have personality.
I am most proud of my work when it benefits others and solves problems, whether small or big.
As a multifaceted designer, I lean into each part of the design process so that my end products
reflect a focused vision.
This past summer, I had the opportunity to intern at Caterpillar where I designed spark plug
adaptors for internal testing. I am also a Shop Trainer in the Segal Design Shop at
Northwestern,
where I connect my communication and education to the people and projects that flow in and out
of the workspace.
Outside of school, you can find me dancing in Ritmo de Mis Ancestros: Ballet Folklorico💃,
flipping around in the NU Gymnastics Club🤸, discovering small bookstores📖, playing video
games🎮, being a plant parent🌱, and expanding my toolbox of abilities as an engineer🔧 and a
creative🎨.
